We’re a fast-growing, INC 5000–recognized company, yet we still work as a close-knit team (150+ employees). As we continue to scale, we’re looking for an Account Manager to own client relationships, ensure delivery excellence, and drive account growth. 

Who we are looking for

We’re seeking a client-focused professional who can balance operational rigor with relationship building. The Account Manager will serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring smooth delivery, accurate billing, and long-term success. The ideal candidate thrives on solving problems, building trust, and spotting opportunities to add value.

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys client interaction and understands that meaningful relationships often extend beyond traditional 9 to 5 hours, whether that means an early morning call, a late evening sync, or other relationship building activities with a client.

What You'll Do:

  • Act as the primary relationship manager for your clients, building trust at multiple levels.
  • Grow accounts and business with existing clients by continued relationship building, including traveling to visit clients and organizing experiences.
  • Monitor delivery health, project hours, and billing accuracy to protect client and company outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Service Delivery, Sales, Marketing, & Recruiting teams to refine and streamline cross-team processes, in particular processes enhancing client and consultant experience. 
  • Oversee onboarding, resourcing, and contract administration (MSAs, SOWs).
  • Proactively gather client feedback and coach resources to continuously improve performance.
  • Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with leadership to expand accounts.
  • Serve as a point of escalation, resolving issues quickly and effectively

Must Haves:

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability and enthusiasm to travel up to 30% of the time.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a proven ability to drive renewals and growth.
  • Incredible attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage time-sensitive tasks and competing responsibilities effectively.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.

Nice to Have Experience:

  • Prior experience in a client-facing role or with relationship management.
  • Familiarity with the tech industry or software development.
  • Travel planning and coordination.

Compensation Package (Salary Transparency for US Based Employees)

  • Salary + OTE Range: $80,000 – $120,000 
  • Salary is negotiable and variable based on experience

Other Information

Primary work hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, depending on workload. The Account Manager will also be expected to engage in client-facing activities outside of traditional hours, such as dinners, events, or other relationship-building opportunities. Background checks may be required due to client security requirements.
