Accounting Assistant with Power Excel Skills Needed
Galleria Location (In office)
Pay to $40 hourly
Hybrid Option!

Job Description:

Assist with reconciling Corporate Credit Cards (P- Cards)
Assist with POs
Assist with annual compliance review of invoices
Help current cost accounting staff with reconciliations of GL accounts
Paper and electronic record keeping – Filing; boxing and archiving old files and creating new
Work with invoices, coding
Assist with inventory counts (some travel)

Must Have:

3+ year of solid accounting experience – cost accounting a plus
Excellent software accounting and financial systems skills needed: (MS Office – Excel); and SAP – Expert level of EXCEL or PowerBI A MUST!
Bilingual a plus to support international clients

Education Requirements

Prefer Accounting, Finance or Business degree (4 yr)
