Job Description

Golden Age Nursing Home in Guthrie, OK is seeking a licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead daily operations and ensure the highest standards of care for our residents. This leadership role is responsible for regulatory compliance, staff management, financial performance, and overall facility success. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of facility operations, including clinical, administrative, and support services
  • Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and staff
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (CMS, OSHA, HIPAA)
  • Maintain high standards of resident care, safety, and satisfaction
  • Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, families, and external partners
  • Promote a positive, team-oriented workplace culture
  • Ensure proper staffing and operational efficiency
Qualifications:
  • Current Oklahoma Nursing Home Administrator license (required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in long-term care or healthcare leadership
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and survey readiness
  • Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Financial and operational management experience
