We are currently seeking a driven professional to join our team as a Director, Assistant General Counsel (Commercial) for Xanterra’s Corporate Headquarters. This position will focus primarily on wide-ranging commercial transactional matters to support our domestic and international operations. The successful candidate must have experience in commercial contract drafting and negotiations, demonstrated corporate generalist experience, and strong client counseling background in a deadline-driven environment. This crucial role will perform a full range of in-house corporate legal services and manage outside legal counsel to Xanterra Travel Collection® companies, reporting to the Chief Legal Officer.

Compensation:
The base salary range for this position is $150,000.00 - $195,000.00.
