KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Designer to join our Creative Services organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop high-level marketing and communications design projects in print and digital formats with national visibility
- Direct high-level creative art and conceptual design projects from concept through production, including the coordination of other design resources
- Collaborate with executive level leaders and marketers to establish design and delivery expectations for large and complex projects
- Act as a creative consultant and provide art direction to develop innovative and creative solutions that support firm's visual brand strategy
- Designs and presents creative concepts to internal clients in a dynamic manner that influences direction
- Explore and promote new software and AI platforms that enhance creative projects
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum one year of recent professional design and creative experience; in house experience at a professional services firm a plus
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
- Strong portfolio of design content showcasing your skills and experience
- keen eye for aesthetics and visually appealing content
- Deep understanding of visual design principles, typography, storyboarding, and animation
- Advanced knowledge of design software - Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Microsoft, and other collaborative design tools a plus
- Demonstrated experiences in developing innovative solutions including the use of AI in creative executions
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
