KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Designer to join our Creative Services organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-level marketing and communications design projects in print and digital formats with national visibility
  • Direct high-level creative art and conceptual design projects from concept through production, including the coordination of other design resources
  • Collaborate with executive level leaders and marketers to establish design and delivery expectations for large and complex projects
  • Act as a creative consultant and provide art direction to develop innovative and creative solutions that support firm's visual brand strategy
  • Designs and presents creative concepts to internal clients in a dynamic manner that influences direction
  • Explore and promote new software and AI platforms that enhance creative projects
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:

  • Minimum one year of recent professional design and creative experience; in house experience at a professional services firm a plus
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
  • Strong portfolio of design content showcasing your skills and experience
  • keen eye for aesthetics and visually appealing content
  • Deep understanding of visual design principles, typography, storyboarding, and animation
  • Advanced knowledge of design software - Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Microsoft, and other collaborative design tools a plus
  • Demonstrated experiences in developing innovative solutions including the use of AI in creative executions
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
