Job Title: Bell and Valet Attendant - Rivers Casino Pittsburgh

Position Summary: Join our team at Rivers Casino Pittsburgh as a Guest Services Representative, where you will play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests from the moment they arrive until they depart. As a representative of The Landing Hotel and Rivers Casino Pittsburgh, you'll uphold our commitment to impeccable service standards and create lasting positive impressions for every guest.

Essential Job Functions:

• Follow parking procedures to park guest vehicles and maintain a clean and orderly valet area and hotel entrance.
• Perform vehicle inspections, hang coats, and tag luggage for guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
• Open doors, unload/load luggage, and assist guests.
• Uphold strict confidentiality of sensitive information shared by Rivers Casino Pittsburgh and its guests.
• Present a friendly demeanor and positive body language to warmly welcome and assist guests.
• Provide information on property amenities, local attractions, and facilitate transportation arrangements for guests.
• Safely transport luggage to designated areas and provide assistance with storage and retrieval.

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

• High School diploma or equivalent education preferred.
• Valid Driver's License and minimum age of 21 years required.
• Prior experience in luxury property guest service, front door, or bell service preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to teamwork.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including holidays and weekends.

Certifications:

• Must be able to obtain a Pennsylvania Gaming License at the non-gaming level. Rivers Casino will assist in the application process and pays the fee associated with this license.

Physical Requirements:

• Constant standing, walking, and reaching, with occasional movements at shoulder level, as well as frequent squatting, kneeling, and bending.
• Ability to drive vehicles and to see well enough to drive in parking garage.
• Ability to walk, jog, and climb stairs.
• Demonstrate the capability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds, as well as push/pull items of similar weight.
