Description / Position Overview

The Chief of Staff owns internal coordination across teams, departments, and workflows. This role exists to bring structure, follow-through, and execution in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and tasks require immediate action.

This is not a planning role — this is an execution role.

• Coordinate across departments to ensure work is executed without delays
• Handle open-ended operational issues as they arise across projects
• Manage documentation, internal processes, and cross-team coordination
• Act as an extension of leadership to ensure execution happens consistently
• Maintain visibility across multiple workstreams and ensure nothing falls through

Must-Haves

• Strong operational experience in fast-paced environments
• Proven ability to execute and manage multiple moving priorities
• High ownership mindset with strong follow-through
• Ability to work through ambiguity and solve problems independently

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in construction, development, or related industries
• Exposure to finance, accounting, or internal operations workflows
• Experience coordinating across multiple departments

What Success Looks Like

First 90 Days

• Gains trust and begins taking ownership of key internal workflows
• Successfully executes on assigned priorities without escalation

First 6 Months

• Becomes a reliable execution partner across the organization
• Internal coordination improves with fewer delays and gaps

Final Invitation to Apply

If you are a strong operator who takes ownership, thrives in fast-paced environments, and knows how to push work across teams without waiting for direction, we’d like to hear from you.
