We are searching for a motivated and organized Entry-Level Communications Assistant to join our Los Angeles team. This role supports internal and client communications, helps coordinate projects, and ensures that information flows efficiently throughout the organization.
Assist in preparing internal and client-facing communications.
Support project coordination and documentation.
Draft and format reports, memos, and basic correspondence.
Maintain organized files, records, and documentation.
Help track project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Perform general administrative support for the communications department.
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional, reliable, and team-oriented.
Comfortable learning new office systems and software.
No prior experience required; training provided.
