eBryIT is searching for Junior-Mid level W2VHE "Computer Repair/Break-Fix Technicians" to assist with projects at our configuration/warehouse facility in Kennesaw, GA (30144). Job Title: Junior Level Computer Break-fix Technician (W2 Variable Hour Employee). 

Start Date: As soon as possible (long-term).

Start/End Time: 8 am - 4 pm. 

Job Description: 

• Repairing and diagnosing Dell Laptops and Chromebooks. The technicians will also be responsible for placing the broken down boxes and packing material in customer provided on-site designated area.
• Reliable and professional work ethic, someone who takes pride in their work.
• Follow instructions while working in a team or independent environment.
• Ability to read, understands, and follow oral and written instruction.
• Proven experience as a computer repair technician or similar role.
• Excellent technical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 lbs.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Works well in a fast-paced and exciting environment.
• 6 months - 1 year of experience with repairing any of the following: laptops, chromebooks, cell phones, electronics
• A high school diploma or GED is required. Preferred; college or technical school is a plus.
• A+ certification is preferred.

Environment: 

• Warehouse/Configuration Center.

Requirements:  

• Full criminal background check and drug screening.

Experience: 

• Minimum of 6 months of business professional experience repairing laptops and/or computers.

Education:  

• High School Diploma.

Background check/drug screening required.
