Job Description

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading pharmaceutical company who is hiring a Contract Maintenance Technician to join their team. This is a 12 hour day shift position that plays a key part in ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting efficient manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on production equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to restore functionality quickly and accurately
• Monitor system performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements
• Support equipment reliability and continuous improvement initiatives
• Respond to operational events and assist in resolving equipment-related issues
• Operate and oversee manufacturing systems as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation, including batch records and maintenance logs
• Utilize SAP for work order tracking, completion, and reporting
• Assist with training and coaching team members on equipment and processes
• Follow all safety and environmental guidelines

Requirements:

• Experience in maintenance within a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with preventative maintenance programs and equipment reliability
• Experience with SAP or similar systems is a plus
• Ability to stand and work on your feet for 12-hour shifts
• Comfortable working with equipment, including in confined spaces or at heights
• Willingness to work in varying environments (temperature changes, noise, etc.)
• Ability to safely operate industrial equipment (training provided if needed)
