Job Description

As a Senior Tax Accountant, you will:

- Prepare and file a variety of tax returns

- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations

- Provide responsive support to clients on tax-related inquiries

- Prepare accurate financial statements and maintain detailed accounting records

- Offer strategic financial insights to help clients optimize performance

The ideal candidate will have:

- Experience with Corporate, Partnership, Non-profit, and various other tax returns

- Strong Microsoft Office skills

- QuickBooks, Wave, and Xero experience (preferred)

- Experience in Tax Compliance, Tax Preparation, and general tax processes

- Strong accounting knowledge and ability to generate financial statements

- Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities

- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Proficiency with accounting software and tools

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

- CPA, Enrolled Agent, or Senior Tax Accountant required

- Good tenure in past positions and strong professional references

- Familiarity with current tax laws and regulations

Compensation & Benefits?

- Starting at $65,000 (with bonuses increasing total compensation up to $80,000)
