Minimum Salary: $17.92 - $22.61 per hour, depending on experience.

*Seasonal positions can be filled prior to the closing date.*

The normal summer season is approximately May through September. Opportunities may exist to begin earlier and work later. Seasonal employees are paid only for hours worked.

Duties:
Drive a specialized testing vehicle and assist in the collection of pavement condition data. Drive shadow vehicle and flag traffic in testing or survey zone on highway. This position involves driving through the State and regular overnight stays. Work week is Monday through Thursday.

Requirements:
Must be age 18 by the date of hire. Must have a valid driver's license. Ability to work outside and perform limited physical labor. Considerable overnight travel required.

Please note this is a temporary or seasonal, non-benefited position, exempt from civil service.
