Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Dental Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our patients. This role is responsible for creating a warm, welcoming experience while managing front-office operations, including scheduling appointments, answering phones, verifying insurance information, and collecting payments. The Dental Receptionist plays a key role in maintaining efficient patient flow, accurate records, and clear communication between patients, clinical staff, and providers.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, personable, and comfortable multitasking in a moderate-paced dental environment. Responsibilities include:

• Managing patient check-in and check-out
• Confirming appointments
• Handling correspondence
• Supporting the administrative needs of the practice.

Prior dental or medical office experience is preferred, along with strong customer service skills, professionalism, and the ability to maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
