Job Description Your Responsibilities We are looking for a District Manager (preferably with construction/installation/trades experience) who has an entrepreneurial attitude and work ethic! Must have P&L experience managing the entire operation to include human resources, quality control, sales, billing/receivables, inventory, loading/unloading, scheduling and collections.

- Lead Operation teams through local leaders who deliver results through low costs and high efficiency while working safely.
- Operations: Full P&L responsibility.
- Manage Processes/Compliance: Operations, Finance, Credit & Collections, HR, Health & Safety, Procurement and Sales & Marketing.
- Achieve operational goals/metrics.
- Provide on the job training through self or others.
- Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.
Your Qualifications - Minimum of 18 years of age.
- If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.
- 4+ years increasing responsibility and managerial experience (prefer construction/installation/trades).
- Full P&L experience.
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.

Physical Requirements This role requires prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. Role also requires good hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength. The position involves lifting up to 50 pounds, depending on the specific job duties.

Compensation Range $75,000.00 - $150,000.00
