Project Description: Work location: Dallas/Austin Work onsite Primary job duties-responsibilities:

• Manage development and delivery of technology solutions. Client-facing role responsible for implementing full life cycle Pega Robotics solutions.
• Ensure that technology solutions are fit-for-purpose and aligned with architectural principles and standards.
• Develop coding and development standards, ensuring solutions are suitably assured and of quality.
• Understand user requirements.
• Provide technical leadership across all aspects of technology development.
• Provide support and mentoring to technical delivery resources.
