We are currently seeking a skilled DSCR Underwriting Manager to join Our Client in Charlotte. As the DSCR Underwriting Manager, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and evaluating debt service coverage ratios for commercial real estate projects. Your work will directly impact the company's decision-making process and financial success, making this role vital to our operations.

You will be involved in a variety of projects, including assessing the financial viability of real estate investments, conducting risk analysis, and providing recommendations to senior management. Responsibilities:

• Analyze debt service coverage ratios for commercial real estate transactions.
• Evaluate financial statements, cash flow projections, and other relevant financial data.
• Assess risks associated with real estate investments and recommend risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure underwriting standards are met.
• Prepare detailed underwriting reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and best practices in underwriting.
• Manage a team of underwriters and provide guidance and support as needed.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of underwriting processes and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Proven experience in commercial real estate underwriting.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent knowledge of debt service coverage ratios and financial analysis.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and underwriting software.
