In this role, you will operate as an independent travel professional guiding clients through planning, booking, and managing customized vacations, including cruises, international trips, and curated travel packages. This is a flexible, fully remote opportunity with training, certification, and mentorship provided.
Consult with clients to understand travel goals, preferences, and budgets
Research and coordinate flights, accommodations, cruises, tours, and vacation packages
Provide personalized destination insights and travel recommendations
Manage reservations, confirmations, travel updates, and adjustments
Communicate professionally via phone, email, and online platforms
Build long-term client relationships to drive repeat and referral business
Stay up-to-date on travel trends, supplier promotions, and industry developments
Maintain accurate client records and booking documentation
