• Elevating client requests by using on-trend design techniques to bring concepts to life
• Collaborating with a team of award-winning artists and storytellers for political, corporate and advocacy groups across the country
• Demonstrating your passion for design by composing creative solutions skillfully with purpose
• Creating original graphics and designs for a variety of digital platforms in a fast-paced environment: you’ll do a lot of social graphics, display ads, landing sites, and multimedia texts
• Working with animators to turn your designs into thumb-stopping mobile video creations
• Participating in training, mentorship, and team-building activities to boost your growth and stay at the forefront of digital trends

• At least five years of graphic design experience
• Extensive knowledge of design principles and the ability to apply them effectively to all projects
• Ability to synthesize complex design requests into masterfully stylized designs catered to target audiences and stakeholders
• Strategic thinkers who see design as a series of problems they can’t wait to solve
• Strong organizational skills that manifest as an unparalleled attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Mastery of the Adobe suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator and strong design fundamentals
• Artists who love working with others in a collaborative team environment
• Curious minds who never want to stop growing and are open to working with political environments
• Creatives who want to work in a fast-paced, streamlined environment where speed is essential to our clients’ success
