Salary: $62,400 - 62,400 per year Requirements:

• We require strong interpersonal and communication abilities, along with a solid aptitude for solving problems.
• We need fluency in HTML5 and CSS3, with the ability to produce valid W3C-compliant markup and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• We are looking for deep expertise in WordPress theme and plugin development.
• We require experience with Advanced Custom Fields and Gravity Forms.
• We need hands-on experience with WordPress JavaScript development, especially Block Editor and Gutenberg work.
• We are looking for the ability to build page structures with a strong understanding of frontend UX principles.
• We require proficiency with Webpack build processes and Git-based workflows.
• Bonus experience includes Local by Flywheel, WP Engine, WordPress Full Site Editor, hosting, DNS, and Linux.
• We prefer at least 2 years of front-end development experience.
• We prefer a high school diploma or equivalent education.

• We design and build responsive WordPress websites using our proprietary code.
• We collaborate with our content team to organize and develop content architecture.
• We work closely with our CTO, digital specialists, and design team to deliver projects successfully.
• We create layouts in Gutenberg and the Full Site Editor.
• We maintain and enhance the codebase across a diverse portfolio of clients and projects.
• We manage WordPress plugins and complete client-specific requests.
• We develop custom Gutenberg blocks.
• We build custom plugins to improve efficiency on future work.
• We contribute to front-end implementation with attention to aesthetics, usability, and performance.
