The Role :

We’re hiring a Google & Microsoft Ads Specialist to take full ownership of paid search across a portfolio of 10–15 client accounts. This means building the strategy, executing the campaigns, building landing pages, setting up the tracking, and delivering the results. You show your work clearly every week and every month.

We primarily use Unbounce for landing pages, but client work is client work. Sometimes that means working inside a client’s platform of choice. The expectation isn’t that you know every tool, it’s that you’re adaptable enough to get the job done regardless of what’s in front of you.

What You’ll Own :

  • Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaign strategy and execution across 10–15 client accounts
  • Bidding strategy, including Target CPA, Target ROAS, manual, and everything in between, built around each client’s actual goals
  • Keyword research, match types, and negative keyword management that keep ad spend efficient
  • Landing page builds and A/B tests, primarily in Unbounce, but adaptable to whatever platform a client requires
  • Conversion tracking setup and maintenance using GTM, GA4, and WhatConverts so that ROI is never a guess
  • Weekly performance reports, monthly ROI summaries, and client-facing presentations that are clear, honest, and actionable
  • Account and task management in Monday.com, so nothing slips
  • CRM updates in HubSpot or Salesforce to keep client data clean and accurate

What We’re Looking For :

  • 3–5+ years managing Google Ads professionally, ideally at an agency
  • Experience with accounts spending $20,000+ per month. You know what large-scale management looks like
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Ads
  • Hands-on landing page experience with Unbounce as our default, but you’re comfortable picking up new platforms when a client requires it
  • Solid command of Google Tag Manager, GA4, and conversion tracking setup. You can build it, audit it, and fix it
  • Ability to juggle 10–15 accounts without losing attention to detail
  • Clear communicator who can present data to clients in a way that builds trust
  • Background in Home Services and/or Legal/Medical is a strong plus
  • WhatConverts experience is a plus
