Job Description

As a Remote Graphic Designer at Spotlight Over The City you will create high-quality, engaging visual content for this internet TV and radio show, which focuses on community news and entertainment. The ideal candidate is an innovative, self-motivated professional who can work independently and collaborate with the show's hosts and production team. You will be responsible for creating visually stunning graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various media platforms. If you have a passion for design, excellent skills in Adobe Creative Suite, and enjoy working remotely, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Design & Production: Create visually appealing graphics and assets for a range of media, including:
• Website banners and other digital media
• Social media graphics (e.g., Instagram reels, Facebook posts, X posts)
• Promotional materials for special events and community outreach
• Visuals for video content, including title cards, motion graphics, and thumbnails
• Infographics to visually represent complex information

Content Strategy:
Work with the hosts and marketing team to brainstorm new visual concepts that align with the show's mission and brand identity.

Branding & Consistency:
Develop and maintain a consistent visual style across all platforms, ensuring the show's branding is strong and recognizable.

Collaboration:
Communicate and collaborate effectively with the production team via digital channels to ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs.

Project Management:
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
