Health & Safety Coordinator (Warehouse)
Location: Easton, ME
Position Type: Full-Time
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local safety regulations, as well as internal company policies
Conduct routine safety inspections of equipment and facilities, identifying risks and recommending corrective actions
Perform health & safety audits and partner with site leadership to address findings and implement corrective measures
Monitor safety programs and initiatives to identify trends and opportunities for behavioral and process improvements
Analyze incident data, near misses, and injury trends to recommend training and operational enhancements
Support incident investigations and assist in developing preventative action plans
Oversee contractor safety compliance, including training, documentation, and permitting requirements
Maintain safety programs and documentation to ensure adherence to regulatory and company standards
Prepare and deliver regular safety performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
Facilitate health & safety training for employees and leadership teams
Partner cross-functionally with operations and leadership to promote a strong safety culture
Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required (Health & Safety or related field preferred)
3+ years of experience in health & safety, ideally within a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment
Knowledge of OSHA and/or other relevant regulatory standards
Experience with safety audits, incident investigations, and compliance programs
Familiarity with ISO management systems is a plus
Professional certifications (e.g., CSP, ASP, or equivalent) are preferred
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and training capabilities

Compensation : $75,000 – $85,000 base, eligibility to earn a discretionary bonus
