Job Description

Responsibilities:
1. English teaching.
2. Help teachers to solve academic and teaching-related problems they might come across as well as taking the role of form tutor.
3. Participate in the teaching research job, select, check and polish relevant teaching materials, A Level examination papers and other reference materials; assist in recording tapes of texts and other teaching materials; take part in the activities of the section of teaching and research, and attend discussions on the theory and practice of international course as well as undertake other work connected with the teaching assignments.
4. Participate and direct students to take part in each extracurricular activity (including competition, academic and interests).
5. Responsibilities for helping students to pass every exam/global examination of curriculum they take and help them to obtain good grades.
6. Supervise, mentor, and support English department teachers, including new staff induction and professional development.Organize regular team meetings to ensure consistency in teaching and assessment practices.
7. Contribute to school-wide initiatives, academic meetings and external events if required.

Qualifications:
•Master’s degree or higher qualifications in English or related field.
•A teaching qualification is mandatory.
• Minimum of 5 years’ verifiable subject teaching experience, preferably in a school setting.
• Knowledge of international curriculum(preferably A-Level ) standards
• Good team player and solid communication skills.
• Cross-cultural awareness.
