REQUIRED PROCEDURES
• Standard hospitalist procedures as required by facility
• Admissions and inpatient management
• Cross-coverage and patient stabilization
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active Missouri medical license
• Board: Board Certified or Board Eligible preferred
• DEA: Active DEA required
• Experience: Hospitalist experience preferred
• Other Qualifications: Physicians only; telehealth experience not required
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide nocturnist hospitalist coverage for inpatient services
• Admit and manage hospitalized patients during night shifts
• Coordinate care with consulting specialties and nursing staff
• Complete documentation and orders in accordance with facility standards
• Participate in handoffs and continuity of care processes
