Café Mulberry is seeking a friendly, organized Host to be the first point of contact for our guests. The Host is responsible for welcoming and seating guests, managing reservations and waitlists, and coordinating with the service team to ensure a smooth dining experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and manage the flow of the dining room
Seat guests efficiently while balancing reservations and walk-ins
Manage reservation and waitlist systems (Resy)
Communicate clearly with servers and managers about table status
Maintain a clean and organized host stand and entry area
Provide excellent hospitality and answer guest questions
Qualifications:
Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Weekend and evening availability is required
Prior restaurant or hospitality experience strongly preferred
Compensation: Between $22-$26 an hour based on experience and skills.
