Job Description

Join our team at Hampton Inn Boston-Natick as a Hotel Housekeeping Room Attendant, where you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment during their stay. Responsibilities

Clean guest rooms thoroughly, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
Replenish linens, towels, and guest supplies as needed.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Ensure all rooms meet the hotel’s quality standards before guest check-in.
Provide attentive, friendly service to guests when encountered.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of hotel housekeeping or custodial experience preferred.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
