Title: Internal Control Review / Data Analyst
Location: Hartford, CT (Hybrid)
Work Type: Contract
This role involves reviewing SOC 1/SOC 2 reports, analyzing exceptions, mapping controls, and preparing structured documentation while collaborating with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare SOC Internal Control Reviews using standardized Excel templates
Retrieve cybersecurity and BC/DR data from enterprise platforms
Review prior SOC reports, CUECs, and documented exceptions
Compare prior and current year findings and document analysis
Map CUECs to internal control frameworks
Update inventory trackers and maintain SharePoint documentation
Draft summary communications and coordinate stakeholder sign-off
