Salary: $56,160 - 62,400 per year Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional attention to detail and precision
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable liaising with both office staff and field teams
• Proficiency in:
• - Microsoft Excel (data analysis, formulas, organization)
• - Power BI (or a strong willingness to learn)
• - PowerPoint (for clear presentation of insights)
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
• Nice to Have:
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service/ERP systems
• Familiarity with CRM or financial software (Salesforce, Sage Intacct, etc.)
• Background in process mapping or workflow tools
• Knowledge of automation tools (Power Automate, Zapier)

• Actively enhance team operations by supporting systems, processes, and data across the organization
• Assess current workflows to pinpoint inefficiencies and opportunities for enhancement
• Document and visualize business processes across service, installation, sales, and accounting
• Facilitate implementation of improvements that streamline work and increase accuracy
• Provide everyday assistance for platforms such as ServiceTitan (preferred experience)
• Troubleshoot user issues and address system-related complications
• Aid in testing and deployment of new features and system updates
• Generate and sustain reports using Excel and Power BI
• Assist in KPI tracking and operational reporting for leadership
• Execute data validation and cleanup to maintain accuracy across systems
• Collaborate closely with technicians, dispatchers, and managers to address real-world challenges
• Ensure precise setup and utilization of work orders, estimates, and invoices
• Advocate for improvements that enhance both employee and customer experiences
• Support system enhancements, integrations, and process changes
• Monitor progress and assist in executing key initiatives
• Contribute to training and documentation relating to new processes
