Responsibilities

  • Assist senior financial advisors in creating and implementing customized financial plans for clients.
  • Conduct research on financial products, market trends, and economic data to support client advice.
  • Analyze clients’ financial situations, including income, expenses, investment portfolios, and risk tolerance.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and financial plans.
  • Prepare presentations and reports to effectively communicate financial strategies to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing timely and professional support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in financial services
  • Has demonstrated some success but is seeking stronger mentorship and structure
  • Active licenses required: Series 7, Series 66
  • Willingness to pursue CFP® certification
  • Clean background and strong professional ethics
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Motivated, coachable, and growth-oriented

Benefits

  • Base Salary: $3,000/month
  • Total Target Compensation: ~$50,000+ (base + commission)
  • Commission Split: Participation in revenue from both existing and new clients
