Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our team responsible for repairing, maintaining, and improving system components within our facility. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure equipment operates efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical troubleshooting, including basic electrical controls and circuit analysis.
• Use a multi-meter to troubleshoot and read schematics and symbols.
• Conduct mechanical troubleshooting of hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, and rare mechanical rigging.
• Follow preventive maintenance schedules closely to prevent major breakdowns.
• Implement countermeasure maintenance and conduct root cause analysis of systematic issues.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, including 3 phase motors and controls.
• Experience with mechanical troubleshooting of hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance tasks.
• Knowledge of robotic and PLC troubleshooting.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with electrical troubleshooting of 480v systems.
• Familiarity with scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

This is a Permanent position based out of Columbus, IN.

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $83200.00/yr.
