Marketing Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team. This position is open exclusively to international candidates and will support our marketing efforts across digital platforms, campaigns, and brand materials.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience using GoHighLevel and a strong background in graphic design. You should be comfortable managing multiple marketing tasks, meeting deadlines, and working remotely in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and maintain campaigns, workflows, funnels, and automations within GoHighLevel
* Assist with email marketing, SMS campaigns, and CRM updates
* Create graphic content for social media, ads, email campaigns, and websites
* Design marketing materials such as flyers, graphics, and promotional assets
* Collaborate with the marketing team to support ongoing campaigns and initiatives
* Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting and optimization
* Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials

Qualifications

* Proven experience using GoHighLevel (required)
* Graphic design experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
* Strong written and verbal English communication skills (required)
* Must be located outside the United States
* Ability to work remotely with reliable internet
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* Experience with social media marketing or digital advertising is a plus
