This position drives the entire material flow process—from purchasing and inventory to logistics, shipping, and receiving—ensuring everything runs efficiently, accurately, and on schedule.

What You’ll Do:Lead purchasing operations: vendor selection, negotiations, and supplier performance.
Oversee inventory systems to ensure accuracy, minimize costs, and prevent shortages.
Manage shipping and receiving to meet safety and compliance standards.
Coordinate material deliveries to production and job sites to keep projects on track.
Collaborate across departments to align materials with production needs.
Develop and track KPIs for purchasing, logistics, and inventory efficiency.
Drive supplier improvement and resolve material flow challenges.
Lead and mentor a high-performing materials team.
Partner with Finance on cost control, budgeting, and reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (preferred).
7–10 years of progressive materials management experience in manufacturing.
Strong background in purchasing, logistics, and ERP/MRP systems.
Proven success managing vendor relationships and coordinating deliveries.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Analytical mindset focused on accuracy, efficiency, and cost savings.
