Job Description:
As a Mechanical Assembler, you’ll be a key part of our production team, assembling high-quality electromechanical units using detailed drawings and instructions. You'll play a vital role in turning engineering concepts into real-world solutions.

• Install mechanical components onto electronic assemblies from production
• Assemble electromechanical units based on production drawings, blueprints, and verbal/written instructions
• Follow ISO-certified processes to ensure quality and consistency
• Collaborate with teammates in a fast-paced, team-focused environment

Qualifications and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to read and follow mechanical blueprints, bills of materials, and engineering change notices
• Familiarity with basic mechanical assembly techniques and hand tools
• Component identification skills are helpful
• Team-oriented mindset with attention to detail
• Experience in manufacturing or assembly is a plus

Schedule & Work Environment:

• Full-time role in a clean, modern warehouse/manufacturing setting
• 9/80 work schedule – enjoy a three-day weekend every other week!
• Overtime available as needed
• Includes medical/vision/dental benefits
• Temp-to-hire position, 3 month minimum

$20/hr: no experience
$22/hr:  EMS manufacturing experience
