Memory Care Administrator 

Marquis Companies is looking to hire a Memory Care Administrator for our latest Eugene campus!

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the memory care facility in accordance with federal, state, and local standards guidelines and regulations.
• Oversee the quality and financial outcomes for your facility.
• Lead a team of 30+ employees with multiple direct reports that you will work with daily to achieve facility based and company goals.
• Stay informed of health industry trends and monitor standards and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have a current Oregon Residential Care Facility Administrators License.
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college.
• Have 2+ years experience as a Memory Care Administrator
• Ability to creatively problem-solve in both resident care and employee management situations.
• Individual must be a team player, well organized, and flexible.
