职位需求:
Qualifications:
1. Citizens from UK, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, South Africa and other qualified native English-speaking countries.
英国，美国，加拿大，澳大利亚，新西兰，爱尔兰及南非国家公民等英语母语国家
2. Bachelor degree or higher
本科及以上学历
3.At least Two years of ESL teaching experience （ages 3-12）Or Teaching license in home country Or a degree in education/English (some locations require less experience)
至少两年ESL少儿英语教学经验或者在本国取得教师资格证或者有教育学相关学历背景
4. TEFL&TESOL; or CELTA certificate
拥有 TEFL或TESOL或CELTA资格证
5. Under 45 years old (Visa requirement)
45岁以下
6. Be friendly, courteous, professional, and engaging as a teacher
友好，细心，专业以及热情，为人师表，以身作则。

任职要求 Job Requirements:
1. 设计适合幼儿的课堂内容，保证在园教育教学质量
Design suitable class content for kids that fulfill the teaching assignment in line with teaching requirement.

2. 计划并与班级其它老师一起，跟进幼儿一日活动, 管理幼儿一日常规，维持好课堂秩序，维持好班级管理秩序。
Plan and engage kids’ daily activities with other teachers. Engage with classroom management

3. 对班级幼儿进行差异性个别辅导
Apply individual teaching according to each kid’s development.

4. 与中方老师配合开展班级工作
Cooperate with Chinese teacher to carry out classroom work.

5. 与学生家长进行必要的沟通
Engage in communication with parents.

6. 积极参与学校组织的其它活动
Actively participate in school activities.
