Base Salary: $40,000 Total Earning Potential: $80,000 Commission: Uncapped
Manpower is assisting a well-known financial institution with hiring an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer to grow residential mortgage production through outside sales and referral-based relationships. This is a hybrid role ideal for a motivated professional who brings an existing book of business and wants unlimited earning potential. This position offers a strong base salary, uncapped commission, and the flexibility to manage your own pipeline while continuing to grow your network.
What You'll Do
Leverage an established book of business to drive mortgage volume
Build and maintain referral relationships with realtors, builders, attorneys, and financial partners
Originate residential mortgage loans including conventional, FHA, and VA
Consult with borrowers to recommend appropriate loan products
Collect and review financial documentation and credit information
Manage loans from application through closing
Attend networking and community events as needed
What We're Looking For
Experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer / Loan Originator
Proven success in outside sales or referral-based lending
Existing book of business preferred
Knowledge of residential mortgage products and guidelines
Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
