We are pursuing an practiced Project Manager to join a well-established custom residential construction firm in Fishkill,NY. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of practice managing residential construction projects, with a focus on delivering high-quality results within budget and on time.



Residential Construction Project Manager Qualifications required

»Minimum of 7 years of practice as a PM in a residential construction environment

»Strong expertise of construction methods, materials, and building codes

»Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget

»Excellent communication and collaboration expertise

» capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

»Resides in Dutchess, Ulster, Orange, or Putnam county



Residential Construction Project Manager Responsibilities:

»Manage all aspects of residential construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control

»Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications

»Work closely with executive team and other team members to ensure project success

» supervise subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services

»Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders all over the project lifecycle
