Bachelor's degree or above; 1-3 years of sales experience; sales experience in the building materials retail industry is preferred; English can be used as a working language. Passionate about sales positions; have certain experience in channel management, customer management and team management. Strong execution ability, hardworking, pragmatic, and abide by company norms and requirements. Possess communication skills, coordination skills, team spirit, and proficiency in daily office software. Willing to accept permanent overseas arrangement. Responsible for formulating and implementing sales targets for building materials and home furnishing businesses (ceramic tiles, sanitary ware, furniture, etc.) in the assigned region to complete sales tasks. Manage daily sales work such as quotation of sales orders, order confirmation and order placement procedures. Collect, sort out and analyze market information, and assist superiors in formulating sales strategies. Plan and introduce product lines; assist superiors in developing new products (one category among sanitary ware, ceramic tiles, daily necessities, FMCG, furniture, etc.). Follow up on customer complaints about sales and services to improve customer satisfaction. Manage the local sales team and complete other work assigned by superiors.
