  • Up-sell products by highlighting features and benefits to enhance customer purchases
  • Maintain attractive merchandise displays through merchandising and stocking efforts to ensure a clean, organized store environment
  • Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely
  • Conduct product demos to educate customers about new or featured items
  • Support team members with supervising tasks as needed, ensuring smooth store operations and excellent customer service
Experience
  • Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are key!
  • Bilingual skills are a strong plus, enabling effective communication with a diverse customer base
  • Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and retail math enhances your ability to succeed in this role
  • Experience in grocery stores or similar retail environments is advantageous
  • Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening, are essential for building rapport with customers
  • Supervising experience is beneficial for leadership opportunities within the team
