Adelphi is seeking School Nutrition Assistants to support school nutrition operations within a school in Evans, Georgia. The School Nutrition Assistant will assist with food preparation, service, sanitation, and kitchen operations to ensure safe and efficient delivery of meals in accordance with district policies and USDA School Nutrition Program requirements.

Requirements
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Training in food safety and sanitation.

Responsibilities
• Assist with preparation and service of meals in school cafeterias.
• Follow standardized recipes and preparation procedures.
• Maintain sanitary conditions in kitchen and food service areas.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
• Receive and store food and supplies safely.
• Assist with recordkeeping related to meal service operations.
• Follow all district food safety procedures and guidelines.
• Participate in job-related training and workshops.
• Support special school or community nutrition activities when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
