Job Title: Scrum Master
Location: Columbia, SC - Onsite
Duration: Long-Term Contract 

Role Overview

The Senior Scrum Master leads Agile development teams in delivering technology solutions aligned with the Bank’s product vision and strategic goals. As a champion of Agile principles, this role drives best practices, fosters innovation, and enhances team performance through coaching, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

• Educate teams and stakeholders on Agile principles using training and practical tools
• Mentor Scrum Masters and team members to strengthen Agile practices
• Develop strategies for enterprise-wide adoption of Agile methodologies and cultural transformation
• Implement Agile processes to improve collaboration, transparency, and predictability
• Promote a culture of innovation, experimentation, and learning
• Serve as the primary contact for Scrum team-related projects and applications
• Coordinate across teams in a scaled Agile environment to meet project goals
• Lead by example, driving Agile maturity and organizational change
• Align Agile practices with business processes, products, and technologies
• Partner with senior leadership to evolve and sustain Agile methodologies

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, or Accounting (Master’s preferred)
• 8+ years of relevant experience
- 3+ years as Scrum Master OR
- 5+ years as Project Manager
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) & Advanced Scrum Master - Required
• Professional Scrum Master (PSM) - Preferred
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks & coaching experience
• Proven success managing complex, multi-team initiatives
• Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and leadership skills
• Technical exposure or programming experience - Plus
