Skill: Scrum Master
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills"
Experience: Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or in a similar role.
Certification: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) is highly preferred.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and software development processes.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, facilitation, and servant leadership abilities.
Tools: Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
Roles & Responsibilities
Facilitation: Organize and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Impediment Removal: Proactively identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder team progress.
Coaching & Mentoring: Educate the team and organization on Scrum principles, agile values, and best practices.
Team Shielding: Protect the team from external distractions and interruptions during sprints.
Collaboration: Act as a liaison between the team, Product Owner, and stakeholders to ensure goal alignment.
Process Improvement: Promote continuous improvement and help the team maintain high velocity.
Salary Range - $100,000-$120,000 a year
