Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Sr. AV Technician to join one a high-end fashion company. The AV Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless virtual and in-person meetings, maintaining the functionality of audiovisual technology, and proactively monitoring and troubleshooting issues in meeting spaces and large-scale auditorium events.Troubleshooting (75%)
Diagnose and resolve AV and technology issues in conference rooms and large-scale auditorium spaces.
Respond swiftly to problems during leadership meetings, ensuring minimal disruption.
Fix audio, video, and hardware issues, such as microphone failures, video routing problems, and malfunctioning automated monitors.
Monitor and maintain room technology, ensuring proactive issue detection and resolution.
Meeting Management (25%)
Oversee and manage meeting calendars, ensuring all scheduled events are accurate and properly set up.
Spin up online conference rooms and ensure smooth webinar scheduling and execution.
Manage the Heritage Room calendar, the largest auditorium space, and ensure all events run flawlessly.
Set up and maintain AV technology for meetings, ensuring optimal functionality.

5+ years' experience as an AV TechSoft skills are key because they will be giving C-Suite exec support
MS Teams
Familiarity with majority of the following AV Hardware: Polly, Crestron, Analog Way, Video walls are Playnar, Dante, Shore, NVX
Polished because this is a high-end fashion company Zoom Webinars
Help desk experience with Windows and Mac
Experience supporting live production events
