Reporting to the ASC Administrator in a collaborative dyad with the Medical Director, the Surgery Center RN Director leads perioperative operations across pre-op, intra-op, PACU, and sterile processing, with responsibility for quality, safety, accreditation readiness (AAAHC/The Joint Commission), infection prevention, throughput, scheduling, budgeting, supply chain, and staff development; as an ASCRN Director, robust support is provided by friendly nurses, surgical technologists, anesthesia professionals, cardiology and surgical colleagues, and a diverse, high-performing interdisciplinary team committed to coaching, preceptorship, and continuous learning.
