Overview

What We’re Looking For
As a Technical Writer at CyberPoint, you will support the development and maintenance of documentation that enables mission-critical operations. You'll work closely with technical teams to translate complex information into clear, concise and user-friendly materials.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

What You'll Do
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining operations documentation, user guides, manuals and technical publications
  • Gather technical information and translate it into clear written content
  • Write and edit technical documentation for a variety of audiences
  • Maintain and organize internal documentation libraries
  • Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and clarity
  • Use tools such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Visio to develop documentation
This position is 100% onsite and requires an active TS/SCI+FSP Security Clearance .

Qualifications

What You’ll Need 

  • US Citizenship
  • Active TS/SCI + Full Scope Polygraph
  • Associate's degree in a technical discipline
    • OR two (2) additional years of Technical Writing experience in lieu of a degree
  • 2+ years of experience as a Technical Writer on programs/contracts of similar scope and complexity
  • Understanding of basic grammar and technical writing concepts
  • Ability to gather and organize technical information into written formats
  • Experience using word processing and presentation tools (eg MS Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
