Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- As a Test Automation, you will be responsible for leading the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy, and integrity.
- You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
- You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
- Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Drive innovative testing strategies that enhance overall quality and efficiency.
- Mentor team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Analyze testing metrics to identify areas for enhancement and implement best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on quality objectives and deliverables.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to integrate into testing processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Selenium Automation and playwright is required.
- Advanced proficiency in Oracle SQL is recommended.
- Advanced proficiency in Data Warehouse ETL Testing, java script and Python is suggested.
- Role requires 60% onsite client work in Plano TX or Jersey City NJ and requires 5 days away per quarter as mandated by the client***
Basic Qualifications:
- 10+ years of work experience
- 5+ years Software Test Engineering Quality Engineering
- 5+ years hands on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright
- 5+ years hands on experience with SQL Testing
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
- Good Communication and Leadership skillset
- Experience in Litmus
- Banking Finance domain knowledge and experience will be considered a strong advantage
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
