Job Description

We’re looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with a passion for crafting exceptional user experiences. You’ll play a key role in designing elegant, user-centered interfaces for Ruck’s delivery platform — shaping everything from initial concept to polished final product.

This is a highly collaborative role that will work closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to bring innovative ideas to life.

• Design intuitive, visually engaging interfaces for Ruck’s web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications that guide development.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to ensure design feasibility and implementation quality.
• Advocate for best-in-class UX practices and maintain consistency across all touchpoints.
• Continuously iterate based on data, feedback, and evolving business goals.

• 4–5 years of experience in UI/UX design or a related field.
• Proven portfolio demonstrating strong interaction, visual, and product design skills.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
