Position Overview

The Remote Vacation Planner assists clients with researching, organizing, and coordinating travel plans while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and timely communication.

This role is ideal for individuals who genuinely love travel and want to learn how the industry works from the inside out. Prior experience is not required. Comprehensive training and mentorship are provided for individuals committed to learning and applying that knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with planning and coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, cruises, and vacation packages

• Provide destination information and itinerary guidance

• Communicate with travel suppliers to confirm reservations and booking details

• Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and online platforms

• Maintain accurate client records and booking documentation

• Follow company procedures and industry standards

• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship sessions

Required Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting

• Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet access

• Minimum age of 18

• Authorized to work from approved regions (U.S., U.K., or designated areas)

• Passion for travel and willingness to actively learn

Compensation
