About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Virtual Assistant who can provide administrative and operational support to our team. This role offers flexible work hours, with both full-time and part-time options available, and the ability to work remotely or in a hybrid capacity. This position is also ideal for someone looking to take on a side job or supplement their current work schedule.

In addition to your remote duties, you will be required to visit local stores (such as Walmart) for occasional tasks, combining virtual and in-person work.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

Manage schedules, appointments, and communication for team members.

Organize and coordinate virtual meetings and video calls.

Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations.

Handle emails, inquiries, and client communication efficiently.

Customer and Vendor Relations:

Provide excellent customer service via email, chat, or phone.

Liaise with vendors and external partners for necessary tasks.

Research & Data Entry:

Conduct research on various topics and compile relevant data.

Manage and update databases or spreadsheets.

Assist in organizing and maintaining digital files and records.

On-Site Tasks:

Visit Walmart or other local stores for specific tasks (e.g., product checks, inventory management, or mystery shopping).

Provide detailed reports and feedback from in-store visits.

General Operational Support:

Assist with administrative functions to support the business and team.

Ensure projects and tasks are completed on time and meet deadlines.

Technology Use:

Work with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other relevant tools to complete tasks.

Use digital communication platforms to stay connected with the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Location: Applicants must be based in the United States.

Availability: Full-time, part-time, or as a side job, with flexible hours.

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and virtual assistant tools.

Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.

Experience: Previous experience in administrative or virtual assistant roles is a plus but not required.

In-Person Visits: Ability to visit Walmart and local stores as needed for specific tasks.

Reliable Equipment: Access to a personal computer and stable internet connection.

Position Details:

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 annually, based on experience.

Annual Bonus: Typically 10-20% of your base salary.

Work Mode: Hybrid (Remote and occasional in-person visits to local stores).

Work Schedule: Full-time, part-time, or as a side job, with flexible hours.
