The Virtual Assistant at QP Group will be responsible for providing administrative support to the procurement consulting business. The role involves working closely with consultants to ensure smooth operations and efficient delivery of services to clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist consultants with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for consultants.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases for client projects.
  • Manage client communication and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
  • Support the team in organizing procurement training sessions and workshops.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the consulting business.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in a similar administrative or support role.

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Previous experience in a consulting or procurement environment is a plus.
  • Experience working with global teams or clients would be beneficial.
